    Project Description: The scheme Include Raw water pumping, WTP, Clear water pumping (2 Nos. pumping station). All the pumping stations have 3 nos. pumps.

    OSS Scope: Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of PLC based SCADA system and data collection from three locations to master locations. Notable points of the system and services provided:

    • Engineering, Design and approval from End client/consultant.
    • Hot standby (Redundant) PLC system.
    • Data collection from all the locations at master station.
    • PC based SCADA system to monitor operation at all the locations from master station.
    • Alarm and report generation.
    • Dry run Protection, Maintaining Duty cycle and energy monitoring.

    Project Description: Water generation, Treatment, transmission, and distribution to multiple villages. The scheme includes Raw water pumping station (5 nos. of pumps), Water treatment plant, Intermediate pumping station (3 Nos. of multistage pumps) and 27 nos. of OHTs.

    OSS Scope: DSITC of PLC and SCADA system for all the locations including 27 Nos. OHTs and wireless communication of more than 30 locations with Master control station at the WTP. Installation and commissioning of all the instruments, cable and cable tray laying. Notable points of the system and services provided:

     Auto/ Remote operation of inlet valves.
     Communication with master location.

    Automatic Power Correction panels: having experience of design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of APFC panels up to 630 Kvar for outdoor locations.

    LT MCC panels: having experience of design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT MCC panels for Outdoor and indoor locations.
